wtf is this, just bought ncaa 12 brand new and FAIL can't even plahy online, and there is no explanation, im on hold with EA now...

just got off the phone, i didnt play ncaa 11 so most people wont have this problem.
but i had to link my psn ID with my ea ID (never had to do this for madden, etc)
here is what worked for me (thanks to EA live chat):

I feel you. I activated mine but my xbox broke and when I just turned on my new one it wouldn't carry over my pass with my gamertag. So I just had to spend 10 extra bucks because the "contact us" portion of the EA website is impossible to figure out...
