Fantasy Football Draft Drinking Game?

We do a live draft a house every year. I want to raise the stakes a bit and try induce more drinking into the draft (encourage dumb picks, more trash talking etc). Has anyone seen one or created one? Did a quick google search and only saw one for a MLB fantasy draft. TIA
Ex: Jello shots after picks, whiskey pulls after you take a kicker, etc

never thought about jello shots! we usually just do Cosmos and spritzers

Ya its a $$ league, 1st place makes close to a grand. Wouldnt mind having my friends drunk while I make my picks.

having people make dumb picks ruins the league imho, it took my main money league about 5 years to finally weed out all the moron players and get a good group of 10. The more competitive the league, the more satisfaction in hoisting the trophy.
