NCAA footbal 12 Coaching Carousel Question

I haven't been able to find a definitive answer to this yet and I was wondering if someone could help me out.
In coaching carousel mode, do you have control of the players on the field or do you just call plays and the CPU runs them?

Will the carousel feature also appear in Online Dynasty? Could not find any info on it.

Will coaches have ratings in this game? Like a set of bonuses to offense/defense or something?

Coaches have a prestige rating, which will give their teams a small boost in progression. (A+ prestige coach's team will progress better than a D+).
Other than that, no recruiting bonus or charisma bonus. Hopefully these things will come in time since this is just the foundation year.

Here Is my question me an my brother play the online dynasty just us two he lives in L.A. can we both start as coaches on the same team like I am the offensive an he the defensive cordnaters. An progress or careers because that would be kick arse to see who gets what job offer an who does not.

That is strange that there is no rating besides the prestige. It would seem to nullify the purpose of changing coaches if there is only one rating to judge by.

Excellent videos brah. I see that coaches have to achieve certain offensive/defensive goals in order to stay on at a school, that is pretty cool.

CC is in Online dynasty... It's not that difficult. The users choose a job within the parameters set by the com. (ex: 2* Coordinators). Each signs with a school and tries to complete the goals of their contract. If they succeed, they move up to bigger and better jobs that are made available by cpu coaches leaving/fired, if not they will be fired and have to take a lower job.

Do you play on both sides the ball if you are only a OC or DC?

You play both sides in a User vs. User game. Against the CPU you can either sim or watch the other side of the ball via broadcast cam.

Who's going to start an online dynasty? Im in especially if everyone has to start with a low ranked job.
