What is Knucklehead 's (from the Radio talk shows) problem with Skip?

Was listening to Jimmy Ott show on my way home for lunch. And Knucklehead was bashing Maneri but his underlying problem seems to be with Bertman.
Seems like that's been his MO for awhile. I used to think he was pro Smoke Lavalle but today he said he was against Smoke's hiring too.
Anybody know what his underlying beef is?

He's probably pissed that Skip left and we haven't been winning as much anymore.
He'll be pro-PM if we win the SEC next year. Just another Rantard.

It's because Skip didn't go out and hang with his group anymore when he took over as AD. See, when Skip was the coach he'd talk t knucklehead and tell him to make sure he took care of the away teams after the games. Meaning, feed them and in exchange he had some pretty good access to the baseball program. Well, once Skip took over AD he cut all that shite out and the Smoke and now PM want nothing to do with him. Plus, he's pissed that LSU is actually trying to run a business and make money off of baseball. I know, the horror. If you ever meet this douche you will see why people don't want anything to do with him. Oh, and he's a fricking mechanic that acts like he's a brain surgeon.

Sounds like Bertman recognized what an idiot he was and just wanted him out of his hair. Who the hell would want to feed the other team after a game?

It's actually pretty fun when the other team comes out for some food. Cal State Fullerton had a great time after the games and so did all of the fans

Well, actually, it has more to do with his perceived notion that we lost out on better candidates for the last two hires largely related to certain revenues (baseball camps, among others) being retained by former coach rather than being offered to potential candidate as part of hiring packages.
*I have no idea regarding the truth of his assumptions but that IS what his assumptions are.

Don't be such a douche', it was actually good PR for baseball and it was was great for the college baseball community...it's one of the reasons LSU is so missed at the CWS, we bring the hospitality to Americas pastime.

That's was he claims. PM doesn't give a shite about him, he can't pay a couple hundred dollars for premium season tickets, and Chad Cooley isn't on the team anymore.
These are the issues that really eat at Knuck.
He hates LSU football with a passion as well. Just a bitter old man.

I damn near wrecked my car when I heard him speaking out against Smoke.
That dude fellated Smoke daily on the radio when he was coaching here, and for a good year afterward. He's always hated Mainieri, which was funny as shite the year we won it all and he had to act happy about it.
