I used to have a program that would let you get your music off of the iopd.
Do any of you know what I can use?
TIA

Plug in your ipod. Go to start, run, then browse. Explore the folder on your ipod that contains folder that have gibberish titles. Copy, paste unto your computer. It takes a while. After it is done, add those files from your computer into iTunes and it automatically renames everything.

Will this work even with music that I downloaded/burned from CD's? This ipod is not synced to my Itunes at all. we are talking some 11,000 songs I just want to get some CD's off of there so I can burn to CD form and Play.

are you using iTouch/iPhone or iPod here

There is a program called iRip that will sync songs that were downloaded/ripped from cds to your iTunes. I wouldn't go syncing that iPod just yet or you will lose all those songs.
