Louisiana "Foreclosure Access" - Anyone done this?

Has anyone seen these links on Craigslist and signed up? If so, have you called this "Tom Tanner" person? Just trying to find out if this is at all legit.

Updating this thread to let you all know that there is an agent running this and gathering a list from the MLS of foreclosed homes. He sends it out to whomever responds.

I assume a standard 1.5%. He's a licensed real estate agent working for an agency, no need for the quotation marks.
