Just saw some at cabelas for 80 bucks. Didn't buy, wanted to get some feedback first

I guess no one has.
I wish I could find the first Lews Speed spool rod and reel my G-pa gave me 4 years ago. Caught so many nice bass on that rig.

my first rod was a lew's speed stick with an ambassedeur 5000C...top shelf combination back in those days....

I bought a Lew's Speed Reel, and shimano rod, love it, best money I've spent.
