What kind of shot would y'all recommend? I've got a 12 gauge used for bird hunting and just recently felt the need to begin keeping it loaded around the house. Currently I got 7.5 shot from duck season.

This good or should I go with bigger pellets?

I saw someone get shot with #6 shot in the stomach and they were incapacitated.

I reverse that order. First round is always a slug to use as a key for doors for me.

I guess I'm just a nut. I have all my doors key locked both on the exterior and interior. I've seen way to many instances where glass is broken and a throw bolt is twisted on the inside from the outside.

Nope this is the way to do it. I also use longer screws to get into the door buck.
