We're in the tournament without making the SEC tournament.

We could win 2/3 in each series and not make it. Our RPI wouldn't drop very much. You're not getting left out in the top 30.

If this happens, we are in Hoover.

13-17 will cut it VERY close.

Depending on the Bama/MSU game tomorrow, we are going to be tied for 9th or 1 game back of 9th. And chances are we are going to be only 2 back of the 8th spot as I expect either Auburn to lose to USCe or Ole Miss to lose to UF, if not both.

With Bama and MSU still on the schedule, winning 2 of 3 would all but solidify it.

The west title probably will be 15-15, 16-14.

LSU can't win on the road so taking 2/3 from Alabama may be too much for them. Sweeping Tennessee is a must.. which will happen.

But the original point is we'll be in the ncaa tournament if we finish 9th in the SEC. It isn't that unprecedented.

Who knows, before today, Bama was on a 5 game SEC losing streak (1-9 in last 10 including losing twice to the Vols at home).

The argument can be made that they are struggling worse than LSU right now. Lucky for them they started out 7-1 in conference.

Some people don't realize how favorable our schedule is in this last stretch. It also helps that Ole Miss goes from Florida this weekend and takes on USCe next.
