I'm looking to grill come catfish over the coals. Any advice on seasoning, possible marinade, etc... Thanks.

Put a layer of foil on the grill and keep butter/ italian on the fish. Don't cook it too long though.

At least I'm justified being from Monroe. Yeah, I took the boys fishing today and we caught one fish. Granted it was about a ten pound fish. He's excited to eat it.

By the way Count, if I were having a crawfish boil, I'd invite you.

I didn't see the OP was from Mayberry. I went back last weekend, and Ouachita High still had 2 goats on the roof from 1993. 594 from the extinct Guide Plant all the way to Randall's original Shell, that was Mr. Buddy's before him, was the same as it was 20 years ago. Randall left Shell and went to Citgo with Benny at the mall, then ended up at Finks/ Old Sterlington and is preying on the Jack Hayes/ River Oaks crowd.

Geauxt, unless things pick up around here, I may be headed to Abbeville for some power drinking at my local watering hole. You anywhere near here for the weekend?

Yeah, he's still making bank on that R.O. & Haye's crowd. By the way, what is the cost of crawfish in S. La. We're still looking at $4.25 here. I'm thinking about opening a line of credit.

$4.25 here
In laffy, if you look hard enough, $1.85 live, $2.50 cooked.

Yeah, anything more than an appetizer, you're looking at a 2nd mortgage. Not much better live.
