Heard he was done, like for real done. Anyone know his status?

He may be done. I imagine they're still evaluating him, but with that many concussions, and what's being found out about the long term effects, it may be in his best interest to hang it up.

Its in his best interest to stop playing football. I am sure that he will still be able to keep his scholarship and pursue his degree.

I wouldn't expect anything else from LSU.
ETA: After reading my post, need to clarify that I think that LSU will most certainly provide him a full ride so that he can complete his degree.

do the medical schollies count in the regular #'s? i didn't think they did so i'm sure most schools would offer the full ride at that point.
