how to cook deer steaks?

someone gave me some deer meat and a few of the bags are marked deer steaks. any suggestions on how to cook this?

Make a flour mixture. Dip in egg. Dip in flour mixture. Fry and serve with rice and gravy.

Either fry them, or grill with wrapped bacon, jalapenos, & cream cheese (wife loves this method). You can't go wrong with either of those options.

Fry em, make a gravy, mash some potaters, serve w/ black eyed peas, and cat heads.

Oh, sorry geauxt. What I meant was, Fría el em, haga una salsa, triture algunos potaters, servicio con los guisantes eyed negros, y el gato dirige.
