Not sure if this is Germans, but I looked at the Walter Football Mock Draft and they had us taking him with our #1 pick. I dont usually like his mocks, but after looking at footage of this guy I kind of like him. Looks like Clay Matthews. Same similar build, plays the down LB, fast, good in coverage. What you think? Other picks from this mock is:
2. Stephen Paea DT
3. Mason Foster OLB (weak)
3. K.J. Wright OLB (strong)

I'll go with blues' latest mock.

Doesn't fit our system, not athletic at all, should definitely be there in the latter rounds. I know he's the same height as some of the other DE's we discuss on here, but he doesn't really have the frame to add much more weight to play the position, he already looks a little chunky. Matthews was a much better prospect coming out, a much more fluid athlete.

They've been talking him up a bit on the Patriots site I'm a part of and it seems like he almost gets to the QB every time, but never sacks him. He also looks pretty easy to block.

Not saying he's bad but he seems to be one of the most prominent workout warriors this year. I really can't even imagine him going in the first round.
My take is that the media and draftnik sites greatly inflate the value of the Sr Bowl, Combine, and workouts. Put them all together and the results will be 10-20% MAX of the total scoring of a prospect.

Thats what I was thinking. I'm also starting to see a "Mathews" effect where any long haired white guy that looks like he can play OLB automatically looks like a good pass rusher
