Is Crysis 2 Multi any good?

Yes, it's a lot of fun.

I bought it this weekend. Probably put a solid 3 hours into multiplayer.

Very little camping, which was surprising because everyone is capable of turning invisible. Perks are cool, There aren't many guns though.

Mechanics are sound, graphics are nice, had very few problems in matchmaking.

I highly recomend it.

Not sure how many maps there are, but it's probably close to Halo/Cod before any packs came out.

i don't know if anyone else noticed this in the multiplayer....graphics wise.... but if you look at shadows, they seem to render(develop) the closer you get to them, plus they're jagged and pixelated. even your own shadow is pixelated. over all its a fun game, but it's things like that bother me, but i like attention to detail. it's like they took away parts that you wouldn't normally pay attention to and they added to the focus points.

But it's a completely style of multi. If you get 15 kills your probably MVP.

It's your style of play MJ. I saw you stay cloaked way to long while playing the other day. I don't get punished from the back like I did at first and I've been running solo. Just gatta sneak up on the fire fight. Save your energy by creeping the outsides of the map.

I'm gonna go get it here in a few minutes. I have 8 or 10 games to trade in so I might get the show also

I wanted to give up due to my own suckage but everytime I tried to put another game in it sucked me back in. I did eventually say "Eff this, I suck" and just went to the campaign, which is really badass in it's own right, and I'm still on the "slow" part. Just an overall cool game. Wish I was better at it.

Let's run some private matches to get the maps down too. I noticed that the one map I know I play much better on.

I've found the campaign can be helpful with MP b/c it basically reminds you of the tools you have at your disposal. Visor and nano-vision ar overlooked sometimes, and it helps you to know when and when not to use energy. Me, not so much. But others who aren't as hard headed and impatient as me it helps
