yeah, it's so hit or miss... I had a phenomenal bracket 2 years ago... of course it was the one year where I didn't enter any sort of contest for money or prizes.

I always want to pick upsets since top seeds don't always win but I usually wind up with at least 3 1 seeds in the Final Four.
