"Smoke Laval is best known for his role as head coach at LSU, but the long-time coach returned to the role of head coach on Friday, only with North Florida. The Ospreys handed Laval his first win in his first game with the program, a 12-8 triumph over Charleston Southern. It’s great to see Laval start his career with a victory"

He's got former SEC assistant, and Jesuit head coach Tim Parenton on his staff. I think they can do well there. That is an up-and-coming baseball conference.

If Smoke does the same kind of coaching job there he did here, Parenton will be the one really runnin g that team. There were times when Smoke was here when I seriously believed his lazy arse was literally asleep in the dugout.
