Is Fred Couples the biggest underachiever in golf?

He is 51 and still able to compete in the pgatour.
I think with his talent he should have won more than 1 major.

what's your point? dude has won the masters before, even though it was almost 10 years ago, it's still the masters.

Sergio def should have more international wins....but he has a HUGE hole in his game..dude can't putt. Kinda puts a wrench in things

Hell no, and it isn't even close. Freddie had terrible back problems right in the prime of his career that severely hampered his game. He still has the Masters win, 2 PLAYERS wins, and 15 total PGA Tour wins. Thats a fantastic career that would have been much better without the injuries.

Same here...as well as his demeanor. If there was ever a golfer with swagger, it's Freddy. He walks the course like he owns it.

For as great as his swing was and as famous as he was(for being both likable and GOOD), I think even he would readily admit that only winning 1 major in his career was a disappointment. Hell, Angel Cabrera has won twice that many majors in the last 4 years.
