I was told that Shaw does not do much for LSU Football. Is that true? If so, why not? The new football program at UNCC named a field or something for J Bernhardt. Can anyone expalain?

Richard Gil was the LSU with Shaw but he's has since passed. Bernhardt isn't a huge LSU guy, his home out on highland has a flag flying one side with LSU the other LA Tech..so who knows with him.
