Towering Inferno is a great 70s disaster flick.

I'm confused. Do you want something good or something like Dante's Peak?

Are people not reading the OP?

How is Primer a disaster movie? Inquiring minds want to know.

Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978)

Do it. Completely underrated, one of the best science fiction movies ever. And a stellar way to do a remake.

This is a top competitor for the absolute worst movie I have ever seen.

I love this movie.

Matthew Bennell: Officer, I'd like to report four bodies in my backyard.
Telephone Operator: Wait right there Mr. Bennell.
Matthew Bennell: How do you know my name?
Jack Bellicec: [Jack's eyes widen with fear] Hang up, Matthew.
Matthew Bennell: [into the phone] I didn't tell you my name.

That creeped me the hell out back then.

It's really good but I still like Don Siegel's 50s original better.
