BUG: Home page/view board page

Bug: on the home page the Recruiting Board is called exactly that. However if you are view any other board it is referred to as "LSU Recruiting Board" on the left side quick links. This is inconstant and may be confusing to the user
Expected Result: The board will be referred to as the same thing throughout the site.
