Launch your boat at the marina, idle out. pick a spot amongst the boats and fish. 
That easy.
I cannot fish like that so I'll pass but they are catching specks and redheads. Its gotta be cold though.
Cannot fish with the hollering, crossed lines, people throwing right by you, etc etc etc.

Ain't that the truth. Happened to me last time I fished, but they were tolling in my casting area.
