Innocent until proven guilty. Hopefully it's a case of she said, he said and nothing more will come off it.

If he is guilty, hopefully, he can pull his life together. He is very young and thus have the strength to overcome adversity and still be an asset to society.

and even the football field. He'll be somewhere and as I've stated, I hope he pulls it together after learning a good lesson.

Not at all, if the truth comes out and it is just two kids pressure talking another into oral sex. I am pulling for this kid now. I just had a thread whacked where I basically pledged my hopes for him to learn his lesson, play good ball somewhere, and make his family proud. I just don't like to see this kind of stuff happen to a "kid" for making a stupid mistake. Does he need a consequence and lesson? You bet. Does he deserve a chance to pull his act together and make his mama proud- YES!!!! I am officially pulling for Jeremy Hill.

I may get blasted for this, but I actually agree with you Tangerine. I think that sometimes kids put their lives in cruise control and think that they can get away with anything. This incident may motivate him to try harder to be better off the field and on the field, if just to prove to his mom that he can make her proud of him once more.

F-K Jeremy Hill if it turns out to be true. Leaving your lights on and running out the battery on your car is a "stupid mistake."

Forcing oral sex on a 14 year old is not a "mistake." Sexual violence is not an accident...perps target the weak. A Senior targeting a Freshman.

Go to a High school and look at the Freshman girls vs the Senior girls.

You have to be somewhat of a predator if you are attracted and would want a 14 year old to perform any kind of sex act with you. Not to mention it was two of them.

Rid yourself of this guy A.S.A.P.

What was she doing in the boys lockerroom in the first place?

quote:

The victim told police she was in front of the school’s gymnasium with a group of students about 2:30 p.m. Dec. 7 when Hill told her he needed to talk to her and to meet her near the boys’ locker room, according to an arrest warrant.

Hill then led the victim into a locker room and began kissing her before asking her to perform oral sex, the warrant said. The victim told Hill no, but Hill asked her again, the warrant said. The victim told police she felt “extremely pressured” and did what Hill asked, hoping she would be allowed to leave the locker room, the warrant said. The two then heard someone coming, and Hill told the victim to hide, the warrant said.

The victim then heard Hill say, “She’s back there,” before he left and Tate approached her, the warrant said. Tate asked the victim for oral sex and the victim again said no, but Tate persisted, the warrant said. The victim said she complied again in an effort to “get out of the situation,” the warrant said.

To answer your question...Hill basically said to her, "can you help me find my puppy?"

He lured her back (according to the police file)...kinda like Kobe telling the girl, "come into my room and I will give you an autographed photo."

So I guess no matter where the predators lure the victims...Victim blame-ers will make excuses.

What were the guys doing at Dahmer's apartment? Not consenting to getting killed and eaten!
