104.5 ESPN radio.
Local shows suck badly.
The dude in the afternoon on 104.5 is decent if you can tolerate him trying to sound like Jim Rome. He has Charles H. and Gordy R. on quite a bit - you can trust these guys.

1 sports talk in BR is pretty terrible
2 for local/reginal radio, these are the best guys to listen to from 10-1 (The Sports Hangover with Gus & Larry)
