there's certainly no guarantees. But I've always liked him(as a player and person) and IMO he did enough with what he had this year for me to accept him as a coach. I really think Dallas will have a good season next year and I think they'll play hard for him from the get go.

I'll just say I feel better about him being the HC now than I did back in say October

This is the right move for the francvhise.

Let JG take over and implement his philosophy. The guy is a great man and knows football. Great hire.
