If I'm Harbaugh and wanted an NFL job. I would go to Carolina and pick Andrew Luck with the first pick! Keep the relationship rolling.

Carolina has deeper issues than just need for a btter QB than Clausen. If he wants to jump to the NFL Harbaugh would do better to go to a team with a roster that is a little more established. I think SF would be a good fit for him.

I think Harbaugh has turned down Michigan's first low offer and is saying he's not interested. If Michigan wants Harbaugh they can have him if they pay top dollar.

I might need some help since I'm posting in every Harbaugh thread (I kinda want the guy
) but we aren't going to be outbid, and certainly not by Michigan. Jed's locked in and he's on record saying money is no object with respect to HC. He has a stadium to build and by making Harbaugh the clear target from over a month ago, failure is no longer an option for him. He's energized the entire fanbase by going after him, a guy already loved in NorCal because of Stanford. It's Harbaugh or Jed won't be able to show his face in public. Top dollar is coming from SF and in the end it'll probably be by a lot. He would have to reallllly love Michigan (the same school that turned him down as QB coach years back) and reallllly dislike York to go to Meeeeechigan and that mess.
