Rotoworld is reporting:

Though Matt Cassel (appendectomy) is active for Sunday's game against the Rams, he's not been cleared to start.
ESPN's Adam Schefter received a text message from an observer at the Edwards Jones Dome saying, "Warmups weren't pretty." It's time to get Cassel out of all fantasy lineups even if he ends up playing. It looks like he's going to get pulled early even if he tries to gut it out in a big game. More likely, Brodie Croyle will draw the start with Cassel as the emergency option. The Chiefs inactives include CB Mike Richardson, S Ricky Price, FB Mike Cox, S Reshard Langford, LB Charlie Anderson, C Rudy Niswanger and DT Anthony Toribio.

Does this hurt the effectiveness of Charles? Should I play Bradshaw instead?
