I may go to hell, but I laughed at that.

I assumed a high level of sattire.

If I assumed wrongly, then he's definitely going to hell.

What are the rental details? No address needed, just area.

Have you considered suing her for breaking the lease?

I have several properties for rental. The Craig's List option will be good, but may take time. Believe it or not... the most effective means of advertising your rental property is still a FOR RENT sign right outside of the property. This option has provided me with the quickest and most responses of any method short of an agent to date.

Anyone in Baton Rouge or Lafayette might want to look at Rentology.com. A couple of young guys that work with me started it and its really taken off in Lafayette and looks like they are doing well in Baton Rouge. They are just getting started in New Orleans.

I've had the best luck with a sign in the yard and a sign on a nearby busy street.

If you have a signed and recorded lease, her estate may still be responsible for the remainder of the lease

When you show new people around, be sure to point out to them the room she died in.

Reminds me of a law school contracts exam question from LSU a few years ago.

An author sends the Unibomber a letter offering to do his biography for free if Uni would grant him exclusive access.

The Unibomber sends a letter back that says "I accept." He encloses a bomb with the letter, which promptly explodes and kills the author when he opens the envelope.

The Unibomber sues author's estate, claiming his failure to write the bio was a breach of contract.

The fact that this is hysterical to me is proof that law school turns you crazy.
