Did Lebron just compare himself to Brett Favre?

I heard that too. I was thinking the same thing. I think he really needs to just STFU at this point, get serious and try and win some games against a couple teams that are above .500 record.

They were interviewing about him going back to Cleveland and how it would be. At the end of his answer he referred to his situation being similar to Brett Favre. Said something along the lines like "you know its kinda like Brett Favre, so we'll see what happens." Or some shite like that. He needs to quit comparing himself to people that have actually made something of themselves and work on establishing his own place in the game, IMO.

I didn't hear it but this seems like a fairly accurate comparison.

Yea I'm sure that's what it sounds like with me trying to remember it hours later but when he was explaining himself before that and then went on to say that it just seemed a bit outrageous. The 2 situations are a bit similar. Brett Favre brought a lot more to GB than Lebron did to Cleveland. For starters a ring and I don't think the Cavs will ever retire 23 or hang his jersey anywhere.

I don't think the comparisons are that bad. Obviously Lebron meant A LOT to Cleveland since people are still pissed about it and they have to beef up security. Must be a lot of hurt feelings. That tells me he means a lot to them or use to.

Yeah I agree. No one hates that fricker more than me right now, but it's a pretty decent analogy. He's more talking about a guy that was once the cities hero coming back home after fricking them in the arse. I don't think he meant it in anyway as far as his accomplishments.
