I need help with a project guys!

If I could please get one of your guys help for a project I would really appreciate it.
I am making a PSA regarding the oil spill and if I could get one of you guys to make it a rectangular design almost as if it were a billboard that would be awesome.
1. If its possible I would like to make the exact same billboard just switching picture 1 w picture 2 to see which one is better.
2.
3. If there is anyway to put this logo in the bottom left or bottom right with the quote either in front of or behind of it that would be awesome.
4. If you could add the text - "Hey BP, THANKS for the help!" some where on the bottom in a bold brown or lime green text that would be great also.
5. Finally if there is anyway to put the image on this billboard over the verizon ad that would be great.
You guys can do whatever with this but what i had envisioned in my head was the main picture covering about 3/4 of the billboard with the bottom 1/4 being white with the quote and the logo in the white space. I know I am asking alot guys but you all are amazing at this kind of thing. I myself have no knowledge whatsoever how to go about doing it. Thanks for the help. I need it fairly early. To be honest I leave the house at 7:30 am and it's due by 8:30. I had to write a 2000 word essay to go with it and completely forgot about asking for someones help until today. Right now I am on fotoflexer just trying to throw something together. I was serious about the offer. I don't have much to pay but I am getting desperate.

if you really want your project to be good, you should post a few pictures of yourself for the board to use along with the pictures you put in the original post

Ya that one would work fine. Only thing I was going to do was pick a different billboard considering that one looks like it is straight out of Baghdad. Ill post the one I made also, just needs the logo.

I'm sure you'd get a better grade if "affected" was spelled correctly.
