Need help at the flex!

Crucial game for me this wk.
10-team league, non-PPR. return yds.
Pick only one:
1. Mike Wallace vs. Oak (always a deep threat. Ward is questionable this week, but likely to play)
2. Dez Bryant vs. Det (so far, Kitna's favorite target, plus he has the potential for big return yds)
3. Knowshon Moreno vs. SD (inconsistent but huge role in Denver's productive offense.
4. Pierre Garcon vs NE (he's due for a big game)

Wallace is basically in the must start category right now. I do love Dez though. He is the pride and joy of Jason Garrett and against DET.

These are basically the two I keep flip flopping on.
Dez is projected at 13.71, which seems high to me, where as Wallace is projected at 9.71.
I'll probably go w/ the safer play and start Wallace.
