Anybody ever take one of these? Just a one time class for a date is what I was thinking.

I took one once. An Italian restaurant used to do one on Sat mornings once a month. The chef and the owners were all graduates of a Rome culinary school.

It was fun, and we got to eat the 3 items we learned to make. If I recall, it was eggplant parmesan, stuffed zuchini and some kind of pasta.

It was fun.

What do you want to learn to cook to impress the lady? Select the menu, buy the food, you will get the knowledge you need.

We both just like cooking and tired of the same old date, figured this would be creative.

There are a bunch. Go to their website. Their is one in Ridgeland that I know of, and of course in Greenwood. Lots of people I know go stay at the Alluvian and go to a class for a birthday or anniversary...
