Alligator meat

Got 2 pounds of tail meat. I need a good marinade recipe before frying them up. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I use a simple one for gator. CUT OFF ANY FAT OR GRIZZLE is a must. Cut in bite size chunks. Entire bottle of Italian wishbone, couple teaspoons of mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Let sit overnight in fridge. When ready to cook, drain, roll pieces in flour or preferred fry mix, fry with grease at 325 to 350 till golden brown.
