Best way to get a ticket for the Bama game.

Just wanted to get everyones opinion, ill be Tailgating but i really wanna go to the game. Ive thought about Ebay, craigslist, etc but i dont wanna pay 200. I used to see scalpers galore before as a student but what are the chances i find one that rather sell his ticket for 70 than eat it? hard to find?

there is always someone selling there tickets for what they pay for them. just gotta be lucky and find em. i know my friends always find someone selling tickets in touchdown village for fairly decent prices.

Go outside Tiger Stadium 15 minutes prior to kickoff and you'll find one for <$75.

With the current economy, tickets are everywhere and very cheap, ya just gotta look.

If you don't mind missing pre game, wait til the games about to start (15-20 minutes I would assume) and you'll have no problem finding a ticket for around 70 bucks

Go to a tailgate of your biggest Alcoholic friends...odds are a friend, significant other, or both will get too messed up before the game and will give up your ticket.
I have not paid for a ticket in 6 years...and I have gone to ever game I have wanted to go to. (HOME).
Many LSU fan's don't want to be away from their alcohol for 4 1/2 hours...so they will give you their ticket. DO NOT PAY...its on TV.
PS-I also used to sell programs in High School...if you wait until after the band takes the field...strangers will give you free tickets.

Problem is, no one i know will be there tailgating, they've all moved on, so i don't know where i should tailgate and so have I, im in Beaumont Texas, but im only 3 hours away. Another thing i failed to mention is one of my best friends will be tagging along and hes never been to a D1 college game much less an LSU one. It wouldnt be the end of the world if i missed it but it definitely would take away from his experience.

I figure by halftime that the game will be so out of hand that you should just be able to walk in and find a bunch of empty seats.

Spend an hour or so walking the RV lots. TD1-2. Somebody always has extra tickets but they don't try to sell 'em until the tailgate is over at the RV and they're headed to the stadium for the game. Get to the RV lots first and you've get first shot at 'em.

If you can throw the ball, run the option, and have eligibility left, I'd say you could probably sit right behind Lonergan!

well seeing that i went to camps with both QB's, i wish i could have em both on my avatar, but JJ was actually one of the coolest guys there...Lee was kind of a dick.
