Why should Lester be concerned?

Why should Les be concerned about getting fired? He will smile all the way to the bank. When no one comes calling for your coach, even though he has a MNC, what does that say about him? I say we keep him and make him work out of his contract rather than BUY him out. Hell, even Ron Zook landed a job after UF. Or maybe he can become an analyst onside of Herbie.
