Cue Rod Serling:
The Auburn Tigers are a football team. A very good football team. Undefeated, and playing in America’s toughest conference, Auburn dreams of winning its division … then the SEC championship … and even the national championship.
But before they do, they must first play a game that no amount of practice could prepare them for.
Because this game will not be played on the football field—but inside the mind of a madman.
A man unleashed from the confines of time and space—especially time. A man who speaks a language only he understands, and marches to a drummer only he hears.
A man who can magically make 13 men appear on the field, and make footballs bounce into a field goal kicker’s hands … as gently as chocolate drops in a child’s dream.
Ladies and gentlemen, sit back and watch, as the Auburn Tigers fasten their chinstraps for a little game of football … in The Lester Zone.
