As we allzknow Cam is an outstanding athlete but the true key to winning is pretty simple to identify.

If our O and D lines own Auburn's like they did UF we win this game because if Cam has no protection and Jj and JL along with our runners have time and holes then it will be a dominate LSU game

The key to beating Auburn is for JJ not to turn the ball over and allow us to punt when he's in.

And then we have to hope Lee is money on almost every one of his drives given him.

I know. Chop blocks are tough to overcome when the refs never call them.

D line has to come up big. I think our running game can make up the difference if the O line doesn't have there best game.

Have JJ sit the bench, or not even make the trip.

Spy newton with K Shep

Lee throw the ball on the depleted secondary.

Yeah, we get it. Auburn is loaded all over the field. Auburn's defense is fricking lights out as well.

Our defense is better than their defense. Their offense is better than our offense. We can win if:

We don't turn the ball over

We don't commit stupid penalties

We have good performance from our special teams.

Those are my three key.

Yea....their 108th ranked pass defense is brutal.

THIS x a kajillion, especially that last point. Lee will get, at most, six chances to start drives in this game. He has to score on at least four of those, with most being TDs for LSU to have a chance.

On the flip side, JJ has to avoid his recent propsensity for giving the opponents the ball in scoring position.

We have GOT to make Newton drive long fields for scores.

I agree but it is patently absurd to think that one of our keys to winning is overcoming one of our QB's. Since JJ has engineered ZERO TD drives in the last two games and JL has engineered EIGHT (and every drive this season over 50 yards), only an idiot would trot JJ out to begin a series.

ISnt everyone doing that pretty much?

The UF win isnt near as impressive as some think. This years Fla team will loise 4 to 5 games. Not very impressive at all.
