If we have to lose...

Which would be the least costly to our SEC championship and NC title hopes.
Auburn
Bama
Arky
IMO i think auburn would be the one to lose if we have to especially if they lose to Arky this weekend. It's still early enough that we could recover, beat Bama and Arky and it wouldn't be a long shot for Bama to eat their lunch in the Iron Bowl. Losing to Bama would cost us the SEC west because i just don't forsee them losing again. And a loss at Arkansas that late in the season is never good...and before everyone chimes in with the 2007 scenerio when they beat us in 3OT and we still went to the NC - Arky wasn't a contender that year and 2007 was the craziest year in college football ever...that will not happen again. You don't lose that late and still go the NC especially considering all the serious contenders this year.

depends on who loses to who

Everybody's even now basically. LSU just has to focus on getting things done one week at a time.

Auburn would be the worst one to lose to at this point because they don't have an SEC loss.
If you lose to Alabama and Arkansas and they lose another game, you're ahead of them in the West.
If you lose to Auburn, they have to lose two SEC games.

I'd really not like to lose to any. Growing up I've hated Auburn. Don't want to lose to Saban again. And I live in Arkansas so I don't wanna hear all of them.
If I had to choose:
Auburn and Alabama would be one of my loses.
No way I wanna lose to Arkansas.

I was going off the assumption that they lose to Arkansas this weekend.

Win them all. We'll worry about scenarios involving losses when we actually have a loss.

Then definitely Auburn because they will lose to Alabama in the Iron Bowl this year.

Alot depends on what happens this weekend between the Barners and Our-Kansas

I would rather beat Bama than anyone else on the schedule hands down, no matter SEC & NC contentions. As far as AU and Arky whatever loss wouldn't jeopardize in the NC and SEC champ hunt.

I believe no matter who we were to lose to,it would be too late in the season to recover for the MNC.

The loser of the AU/Arky game is the right answer. And that would preferrably be Akry. That places us with 1 loss and in a tie w/ the winner of the AU/Bama game but it wouldn't matter b/c we wouldve beaten them heads up.
If AU loses to Arky and then beats us, we'd need bama to beat them in the Iron bowl.

Win em all! Remove any doubt!

If we have to lose one of them. it would probably be better to lose to whoever loses this weekend. If it is ARK, that virtually eliminates them. If it is Auburn, we would have to hope for Bama to beat them. I think I would rather ARK to win because I think SC will pick off Arkansas anyway and if they don't we should.
The scenarios get pretty mind boggling if we end up with a three way tie. Hell, it is still possible to have a four way tie.

Auburn. Bama no explanation necessary. Arky Mallet irks me and their fans have become very pig headed and act like they have always been in contention.

Vote: None of the Above!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, if you're assuming that Auburn loses this weekend, and assuming that LSU loses to one of those three teams, the only possible scenario is a loss to either Auburn or Alabama, with the team LSU doesn't lose to beating the other.
I'm pretty sure that's the only way LSU would win the west, assuming none of these teams drops another to an SEC opponent.
Arkansas has to play at S. Carolina, it's possible they lose there. In the event that happens, then Arkansas would become the team to lose to, assuming they indeed do beat Auburn this weekend.
I hope you're happy with your convoluted postulation.
