Miles from my perspective...

I don't think Les Miles is the best X's and O's coach in the college landscape. Miles is a genius in his understanding and communication with college kids in his program. He knows how to recruit and I believe has an infectious personality that causes his kids to want to obtain the best in themselves. He knows how to get through to the team leaders and the team leaders know how to lead the troops. The guy is a great CEO so to speak and knows how to get the best out of his people. Anyway just my two bits have a nice day.
