D Jackson or H Nicks?

Desean Jackson vs SF would be a good matchup if Vick were playing this week, But with Kolb’s performance last week, I have a feeling Jackson will have another down game.
So is Nicks vs Houston the obvious choice here? The only reason Im torn between the two is because Jackson is a playmaker at both WR and on Special Teams.
ETA: Also non-PPR league
