What does "I call bull$hit on this team" mean?

I'm not sure if that's exactly what he said after the game, but is Les saying that he told his team that their effort was bull$hit?

Maybe so but the worst mistakes of the game were not having two plays called and trying to substitute.
I think the message to the team is to put the game out of reach so we won't have to look stupid again because of our coaches.

Just more riddles and jibberish....he keeps telling the fans not to blame the players (which I do not whatsoever) yet he blames them at every turn.
