Anybody remember the year Ohio State won their last Nation Championship? I think they got lucky and won seven or eight games that year on last minute plays of field goals.

I bet you can't find where the Ohio State fans were planning a march against their coach when they were 5-0 that year!

Dose LSU have problems that need to be fixed? Yes, but at least we have a chance to fix them at 5-0.

True LSU fans will wait until the problems cost us a game before we help tear down our own team and program.

How many of you would take a win against Alabama exactly like the one against Tenn? Would your reaction be the same? A win is a win, and as long as we are winning I will be a true fan.

I bet Georgia fans would give anything for a couple of our wins. Georgia recruiting classes hve been ranked in the top 10, anywhere from 4th to 9th over the last four years, so they have talent. Mark Rict's teams are not making the mistakes we are, but they are still not winning, does that mean Miles is a better coach?

Texas' recruiting classes have been ranked even higher than LSU's in the last four years and Mack Brown had them in the National Championship game last year so he must know how to coach right? Yet his Texas team has 2 losses already this year! Is Miles a better/worst coach than Mack Brown? I bet Texas fans would like to have our record right now.

Is Frank Beamer a good football coach? I bet Va. Tech would like to be undefeated right now like we are.

My point is, if Miles is as dumb as some of you say he is or can't coach like some of you are saying, then how is his team still undefeated when these other coaches teams with as much or more talent are not? Maybe the saying "I better to be lucky than good" is true. So for those that want Miles replaced, how do you know you want get a good coach that is not as lucky as Miles and looses a couple of games each year like Mack Brown?

This reminds me a lot of when everyone want to get rid of Dale Brown. They said he didn't know the x's and O's of basketball. Yet in 25 years 11 other SEC schools couldn't find a coach that could win as many games a Dale did. And now TWO coaches later after after fans getting what they wanted and Dale being fired, how many of those same fans are convinced Trent Johnson is going to be as successful? If you want the answer to that question go to the first few basketball games this year and see how few fans show up and you will have your answer.

I'm not even reading this. I hate tOSU but I personally will not have you disrespect Jim Tressel by comparing him to Loser Les. Tressel is a brilliant coach who unfortunately (for him) does not play with the caliber of talent that LSU does.

Some idiot will cite the 07 NCG...fine. We won with Pelini's crushing D and a solid, mistake-free QB. my little brother could have coached that team to a title. Not only that, but he wouldn't have dropped games to celler dwellers (at the time) Arky and UK.

Perhaps they did get lucky a few times that year. But you can get away with that against teams like Minnesota, Indiana, and Purdue.

That doesn't work in the SEC...as we nearly saw on Sat.

Tennessee this year is one of the worst teams in D1 that Ive seen, just sayin'. The bottom of the SEC stinks this year.

Totally different.

Ohio state didn't almost lose those games due to clock mismanagement, coaching decisions, or particularly poor play. Their offensive stats weren't stellar, but the QB play was highly efficient. If it wasn't, a change would have been made. They didn't get many passing yards through the air, but they were 5th in the nation in yards per attempt. They worked with what they had and did what they had to do. And did it well.
