"the most ineffective QB ever"

i have no idea why I remember this, but a few years ago College Football News was asked if Ga Techs Reggie Ball, considering he was a 4 year starter, was the worst college QB ever?
they basically said, "yes".
im pretty sure you know where this is headed.
his senior year Ball threw for 140 yards a game
this year JJ is averaging 104 yards a game
his senior year Ball had 20 TD/ 14 INT
JJ has 2 TD/ 4 INT
for his career, Ball averaged 2.9 yards a carry
JJ averages 2.1 yards a carry this year, up from last years 1.5.
they basically said, "yes".
