When lsu extended les miles's contract my heart fell. I couldn't believe we wanted to keep the guy. Well that big payment has only turned into a big headache. I honestly believe he has no idea what goes on during the game. He looks as though he ordering pizza the entire and tring to figure out why to order. His offense is terrible year after year and only getting worse.

Crowton was suppose to be a offensive genius but look at he has done. The 112 th ranked offense last year. When did LSU become a spread/ shotgun offense. Am I the only one who has noticed it doesn't work. And never will especially with Jefferson running it.

I'd love to know who wants these two yahoos next.

You mean after we won the NC? Because his contract hasn't been extended since then.

yeah. me too. why in the frick would we want to keep a coach who has over a 75% winning ratio? i mean, we need one that can, at least, win 95% of his games.

just makes me ill.

I hate to say this but, I'm willing to give Miles just a little more time if he were to get rid of the "wizard"
My reasoning is that even though Miles is a doofus, he's an old school doofus. He recognized that we would be able to run down their throats effectively and therefore ditched the "pretty boy" offense in the second half and ran through Vandy.
This check with me, run and shoot shite is not working for us. We are smash mouth football at LSU.
Ditch the "wizard" and run and pass hard nosed football again!!!

look i think he should go too, but the man deserves some fricking gratitude.

in 2005 under jimbo fisher we scored 383 points. in 2006, 438 points. in 2007 crowton comes in and we scored 541 points.

we set school records in 10 categories: points in a season (541), points per game (38.6), touchdowns scored (66), rushing TDs (35), passes attempted (442), passes completed (256), total yards (6,152), total plays (1,054) and first downs (316).

that shite didnt happen by itself.

While I am not exactly a Crowton fan, we did have one of our best offenses ever in 2007 and the offense did move the ball in 2008 (I know, I know, Pick Sixes). 2009 and 2010 (so far) have been underwhelming.

Maybe if JJ were a better quarterback, our offense would not look so weak. Cue the Crowton can not develop players guys. We have simplified the offense to where it does not look anything like the offense we ran in 2007.
