Another possible explanation for lackluster performance.

Few people familiar with college football would disagree that LSU has some of the greatest fans. The loud enthusiasm is unmatched. Even so there are ways the fans can improve. I am told that when Texas A&M loses a game, the fans take much of the responsibility for the loss because they did not cheer well enough. Apparently they have not been cheering very well lately.
There is no question that fans can impact the game. If we could transform some of the negative ranting into better cheering, maybe the team's performance would improve as well. It would be a more constructive way of dealing with any frustrations with performance and possibly add a few points to the game as well as to a vulnerable public image. Just a thought.
