I have finally sobered up after all of those Magic Hats and I have settled down from Saturday night. I still can not get the image of that suspended UNC player "clown" smiling through his grill. I have read several rants here and I have to finally admit that without several stupid penalties and turnovers, the Tigers would have looked damn good this past Saturday. I also am encouraged that because it WAS the first game, that things will improve on that front and I am excited that our offense will only get better. I am still convinced that Coach Crowton elected to not reveal much of our true offense after we had a 20 point lead going into the second half. With that in mind I look forward to a lot more offense as the season progresses. Although our passing defense did not fare well, I am not completely worried. In fact I see it a future dominate defense that will garner National attention. The run defense was amazing and Mr. Nevis is my newest hero.
I can foresee our team going undefeated but I could also see a us finishing with a 7-5 regular season and losing to Texas A & M at the Indy Bowl.

Regardless, at the end of it all, I will remain a Tiger Fan.

I find that there is nothing wrong with ranting. Yes, I will even say the Negatigers have a place here provided that they will admit that at the end of it all they too are Tiger Fans.

At the end of it all, the only thing that matters is who won. The rest is immaterial.

not if what we saw Saturday night is indicative of how we're going to play all year.
