Would be nice to have a board where fans could post about good/great plays, players that stepped up, players that showed marked improvment, big hits, ect., without having to be bombarded with the constant bitching, whining, immature, and unappreciative "fans".

I started a thread last night giving props to PP, Montgomery, Nevis, Brockers, Shep and Randle. Didn't get very far in all the smoke and fire over the game itself, but I think it was right to salute the guys who really stepped up. FWIW, I also congratulated the Tarheels for coming back from 20 points down with a decimated team. Sure we played like shite the last half, but that doesn't take away from UNC's complete turnaround from their terrible first half. They showed a lot of want there ...

I get the impression that most people on this board think that this team will not improve or have a chance going foward this season. I just dont see that being the case.

I say celebrate the wins. When LSU loses is the time for the negativity. Why is that hard to do?

I'm sure glad we got the W, but there's just no way we should have let them back in that game—and it's a game they really should've won. That fourth quarter was like the worst of 2008, and I was as upset as anybody last night after watching it. Just the same, I thought it was right to call out the Tigers who really stepped up, including some of the younger guys, which is why I started a props thread.

How the frick would you police it?
Haters are drawn to props like flies to dung. That would be some busy moderators.

PP was better than expected in his role as returner.

Randle & Shep both had great games, which was par for what I hoped.

Players who I did not necessarily expect to have good games, but did: Mathieu and Mitch Joseph.

Disagree. If we dont fumble, we just run out the clock.

Keke Mingo had a couple of nice rushes against Yates. He needs to learn to wrap up a little better when he has a clear shot at a running back in the backfield, but that can be cleaned up.

Kevin Minter played pretty well as well. He was around the ball alot and I seen him in on a number of tackles.
