I really don't get you... 1) Why do you think people should give up tickets if they are frustrated with this team? 2) Why do you think this is the NFL where a win is a win, and you refuse to acknowledge that beating a team missing 13 players, 7 defensive starters (whole secondary) by only 6 and only lucking out at the end is something to be excited about? 3) Do you know anything about football or are you just homers who think your school can do no wrong and you do not watch college football in general that does not involve LSU?

We know there are problems

Whatever happens, happens. Things will play itself out.

People eventually reap what they sow whether it's positive or negative.

Nice way to take out of context. But honestly, we beat a scout team and lucked into it... nothing to celebrate.

I'm not celebrating.

I'm also not taking his quote out of context. I think that people who can take one bad game, or one bad half (depending on how you want to look at it... we did win afterall) and paint a picture of gloom and doom for a whole season are taking things out of context. And yet they feel justified to criticize those who think things might improve.

Neither side is right at this point in time. Let the games play out before you decide the team can't improve.

The thing to celebrate is a win. And we are not in denial, we know there are problems. But we also know that LSU can win, an might win. And we would rather go game by game without having some douchebag telling us we don't even need to watch any more games cause we already lost them all. I still look forward to every game. Negatigers are riled up because everything went their way except losing, their raison d'être is imbalanced and they are pissed

Just wait for the season to be over. I am confident this year will be like the last 2. Another season of no SEC West Title but 8 to 9 wins. People will have to decide. Are they satisfied with out talenting alot of teams but never competing for titles? A lot of LSU fans don't care about competing for titles as long as we win at least 8 per year.

LSU, Florida, and Texas looked bad, and won. There are ample things that need to be improved, but would you frickers rather LSU lost? 13 ugly wins us called a perfect season.

I work with a fella who only sees the negative in everything, much like the queers on this board. It really is sad.

It's all a matter of perspective. I'm not happy about the way LSU let UNC back into the game, but I saw signs last night that lead me to believe that LSU can be a very good team this year. So I choose to focus on the positives. Negatigers on the other hand see reason to be concerned and choose to believe that the team will be no better than last year.

Again, just a matter of perspective.

This win was a strong indication of the direction of the program.
