On profootballtalk.com written by Mike Florio says Sean Payton chews a fresh piece of gum before every offensive position. During the Vikings game he rain out of Juicy Fruit and told one of the guys to go get him some more gum. The guy brings back spearmint and Payton goes off.

I was watching the Saints season highlite show on ESPN this past weekend and they showed that clip from the Vikings game where he asked for gum.
