I think it is a good sign that some players that played last year are getting beat out for the starting jobs this year..seems to be lots of competition and evaluation going on this year.

I just hope they start and play the BEST player at each position. I think last year some players started on the OL because they were "Studs" favorites rather than the best. The players know who the best players are and when a coach plays favorites it leads to dissention and a lack of cohesiveness and chemistry of the unit or team.

Yea wish they would of done this last year, then Alem would not have started.
