Watching the Inside College Football special on CBSC on DirecTV and 2 of the 3 hosts pick UNC over LSU even without all their starters.

I just don't see it. I hope we drill them 31-3

Damn, now they all picked Boise St. over Va Tech. I don't see this either.

Here is to hoping they go 0-2 on these picks.

It's the position I want to be in...........always great to have "experts" tell you where you stand before the games are played.

Look up, see that thing above LSU, thats a radar. What LSU is doing is flying under the radar. And personally i love it. I think its only analyst that see it that way though. I dont think other teams will see LSU the same way.

Uhhhh, can you blame them? With the embarrassing fiasco of the past 2 football seasons I am surprised we are even ranked at all.

I agree with this. I think by the time we get into the meat of our SEC schedule, some will jump on the LSU bandwagon.

how can you call last season embarrasing when we won 9 games despite not having an offense, UNC couldn't do it
UNC had a worse record than us, and didn't lost to 2 ranked teams compared while we last to 3 including the #1 and the #3 ranked teams

This is shaping up to be much like 2003. If you remember the game against Arizona, many of the talking heads picked Arizona over LSU. They then picked Georgia as well as Auburn over us. They then picked Georgia over us in the SEC Championship game.

I like years when the prognosticators show us no love. We do best then.

LSU has a lot to prove and I like it that way. Last year was a quality year in terms of wins and losses but when the talent is there to win 11-12 games, 9 just doesn't feel good enough.

Good, we do not need any love from those 'wipes. The Tigers need to take care of business one week at a time. A nice start by popping the 'heels in the mouth and don't look back. I'm getting pumped up and it's only Tuesday!

They mentioned that guys would be out due to the agent thing and due to an investigation into academic issues. They, however, thought Butch Davis would circle the wagons and use this as a rally cry to motivate his team. In addition, they thought our offense was so bad that it would not matter who played on defense for UNC. I guess they failed to consider the fact that as bad as our offense was last year, we still carried a lead into the 4th quarter in 12 of 13 games.
